Gaddafi foreign minister arrested: witness (Reuters)

Reuters - Muammar Gaddafi's foreign minister, Abdelati Obeidi, was arrested Tuesday at his farm in Janzour, a suburb west of Tripoli, a Reuters correspondent said.
