Clinton calls for reconciliation in Libya (Reuters)

France's President Nicolas Sarkozy (R) welcomes Secretary of State Hillary Clinton prior to the opening of the Reuters - Secretary of State Hillary Clinton urged Libya's interim leaders on Thursday to seek reconciliation not retribution after their victory over Muammar Gaddafi and pledged support for the transition to democracy.
