AP Interview: Libyan royal offers to help homeland (AP)

Prince Mohammed el Hasan el Rida el Senussi, the great-nephew of the Libyan king ousted by Moammar Gadhafi, is interviewed in Rome Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2011. The prince offered to do what he can to help his countrymen have a 'bright' future as they decide the kind of democracy they want, including what he envisioned as a possible return to a monarchy. Leaders of the rebels who ended Gadhafi's 42-year-long dictatorship have said they don't foresee any role for Prince Mohammed el Hasan el Rida el Senussi in his homeland.
