Nobel is poll boost for Sirleaf, but may raise tension (Reuters)

Reuters - MONROVIA (Reuters)- Liberian President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf's Nobel Peace Prize may help her win a second term, but risks aggravating tensions in a country scarred by civil war.
