Cameroon heads to polls, incumbent Biya favorite (Reuters)

Reuters - Voters in Cameroon head to the polls Sunday, with incumbent President Paul Biya tipped to extend his 29-year rule over the central African state by beating more than 20 rivals from a fragmented opposition.
