NATO launches fresh strikes on Tripoli (AFP)

AFP - NATO warplanes blitzed a string of military targets in Tripoli on Sunday, an official said, as embattled Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi blamed a "colonial plot" for the conflict engulfing his country.
